Our R 850/1100R windshield is available up
to 5" taller, and up to 4" wider than the BMW
stock windshield. The windshield is manufactured from aircraft
quality acrylic monomer, in .187 thickness, and is available
in clear, ice blue, light gray and light green tints. This windshield
fits the stock BMW windshield mounting system with the four bracket.
The standard BMW mounting kit can be ordered separately if no windshield
is installed on the bike. Our extended coverage windshields reduce
helmet buffeting & wind noise signatures, and offer more protection
for the arms and upper torso than the optional stock R850/1100R
windshield. Our windshield is hand polished and optically superior
to the OEM shield. Mounting instructions are included.
