It has been reported that the original shield is simply too short and not wide enough. These replacement shields fit the original BMW four arm mounting system. Five sizes to choose from for a shield that suits your riding needs & all shields measure about four inches wider just below the crown. The result is a shield the reduces or eliminates the turbulent buffeting effects that’s associated with others.
