The all new classic similar to our gs 1200 standard design this shield is available in 3 different heights and a standard 19" width on all sizes it has all the advantages of our euro design with the sleek classic look of the GS 1200 standard in addition this shield also features a subtle reverse flip for superior performance and aesthetics as well.

Our enhanced protection shield is loosely based on the OEM BMW 1200GS Adventure model windshield. The windshield offers much more protection and less noise and buffeting from the regular and adventure type OEM windshield. Our system comes complete with all hardware, windshield, powder coated support bracket, left and right wind wings, which add to the rider and passenger comfort for daily commutes and long distance riding. We offer three different heights, and a standard 19" width on all sizes. Our T6061 aluminum support bracket is powdercoated silver, and maintains the shield in a very rigid state. The windshield retains adjustability fore and aft, and the clamping bolts are retained from your current shield.

The included wind wings deflect ram air away from the riders lower torso and legs, and help reduce the noise signature. The wind wings work well and compliment the windshield, making this system one of the most enjoyable riding experiences behind the 1200GS. The wind wings do require drilling two small holes in the upper fairing, in the same area where the OEM Adventure wings are drilled, and are optional in the installation, but make for a much quieter ride and smoother airflow away from the body. The windshield is available in clear, dark gray, light gray, and light green tints. All height measurements provided below, start at midpoint between the two lower windshield hold down screws and go straight up the middle of the shield. This measurement would apply if you have the standard or Adventure model bike.
The top of the shield is a conventional domed shape. The windshield is D.O.T approved, made from aircraft grade acrylic, and is .150" thick, with hand polished edges. Our regular GS windshields can be retrofitted with the new support bracket and hardware, including the wind wings. If you have an Adventure model GS, the windshield can be ordered as a stand alone unit, that will replace the stock OEM BMW Adventure windshield with our enhanced windshield. Wind Wing system can be ordered separately also. Includes both wind wings and hardware necessary to mount in place.

Our regular GS windshields can be retrofitted with the new support bracket and hardware, including the wind wings.

If you have an Adventure model GS, the windshield can be ordered as a stand alone unit, that will replace the stock OEM BMW Adventure windshield with our enhanced windshield.
