Our GS Adventure design mounts to the existing mounting hardware on your GS1150 Adventure.
The shape & contour are similar to the stock Adventure GS, but we incorporate the following features:
- 3/16" thick Aircraft Grade Acrylic
- Seven sizes available
- Up to 4"wider than stock (2" on each side)
This design incorporates the clean lines of the Adventure stock windshield and offers a taller and wider than stock for Adventure owners and for standard GS owners a whole new comfort level.
For a standard 1150 GS, you must purchase the conversion kit for the Adventure shield to mount. We are offering a whole package including BMW factory hardware.
The OEM standard Adventure windshield part # 46637664393 measures 19 1/2" from the lower cutout to the top of the shield and 16" wide at the base where your handlebars are. You can get another 3" in height and 4" in width (top area) over the stock adventure shield. This shield also is wider in the handlebar area than stock GS offering even more protection.

Standard
GS Windshield Retrofit to Adventure windshield package

We are offering a mounting package for your regular 1150GS
that utilizes stock BMW OEM parts and stainless bolts
for mounting the windscreen. This package is offered as
a direct replacement to convert your standard 1150GS
windshield to a 1150GS Adventure windshield.
The Adventure windshield offers more protection than
the stock and aftermarket windshields for the regular GS,
without going to a full fairing, barn door style touring
windshield. Our windshield reduces helmet buffeting, decreases
wind noise, and offers more protection for the arms and
upper torso than the stock GS windshield. In addition
to our standard size Adventure windshield, we offer varying
height and width combinations, up to 5" taller
and 4" wider than our standard windshield. The
following features are in our Adventure
retrofit kit:
