Our K1200 LT #1 with wind wings is very similar to the stock shield in design as it follows the same original lines and angles. The bike pictured is a twenty four inch shield with a standard crown. As the shield rises the wings become a natural extension of the BMW wings. The wings provide extra protection for the hands and forearms which make it an ideal choice for cold conditions. Riders have reported that the original shield has a ripple effect resulting in poor optics and is prone to discoloration. This shield can be ridden under or over with the best optics possible. It’s especially good for the rider who prefers looking through the shield in a high position.  Our width is about the same as the original and may vary slightly. Two designs to choose from, first is the standard which looks very similar to the original. We also feature the Euro with a slightly lower center cut for better vision while maintaining upper body protection.
