The BMW F800S, ST headlight guard is designed to protect your expensive stock headlight assembly from being broken and/or damaged caused by thrown rocks and debris. The new cost of a headlight assembly is around $410.00+.  Our new impact resistant aircraft grade acrylic headlight guard, can prevent the headlight from shattering or cracking due to a direct hit on the headlight. Our headlight guard is thermoformed and annealed,  edge polished, and is attached with (6) dual locs, which keep the guard off of the headlight assembly by approximately 1/8”.

The guard can be taken off and on, for washing and polishing. The guard is meant to be sacrificial, but is there to take the punishment and abuse of thrown objects which would have impacted the headlight assembly otherwise, and cause the headlight assembly to break. We think of it as cheap insurance, especially at night. Comes with installation instructions and (8) dual locs.
