Cee Bailey's Aircraft Plastics, Inc., has introduced our X650 series of windshields and bracket support system for the X650 motorcycles. We cover the Country and Challenge models, and offer three different windshield heights for each.. Our two larger shields for the X bikes, were developed to protect the rider/pillion from the associated ram air blast that is associated with the stock bike. We have two extended version models, our unique "Euro" shield, which has an inverted "dome" cut, and protects the torso from the ram air blast, and our larger touring shield, which has a traditional domed top. Both shields enhance the riders comfort by combining a wider width and a taller shield than traditional shields.
Both of these shields, combined with our swept rake and taller/wider heights and widths, now make the X bikes capable of longer commutes and touring without the debilitating effects of wind blast that comes from no windshield protection. These shields make the X bikes a much more comfortable ride. In addition when the weather heats up or you're the off road enthusiast we also offer the sport shield. The bracket is T6061 aluminum, CNC machined, welded, then finished with black power coating. The bracket mounts atop both handlebar clinch fittings, and we provide the longer bolts and all instructions for mounting.
Each shield is hand crafted from aircraft grade acrylic, made in .150 thickness, and all holes and edges are hand polished to a brilliant luster and shine. All shield s are RainX and RVR compatible.
All the above shields include the X Bracket and all mounting hardware with complete easy to install instructions.
