The original shield is simply too short to be effective and riders have reported other shields to be uncomfortably close, unstable, aesthetically unpleasing or simply ineffective. We’ve changed the angle making the shield go further away from the rider.
This creates a taller shield with less length while maintaining a comfortable amount of space between the shield and rider. The aesthetics was a challenge but were more than pleased with this design and you’ll be too. Our grommet-less mounting system makes this shield as stable as possible. The best part is it’s also compatible with bar risers up to one inch tall. The result is a shield that looks good while reducing or eliminating the turbulent buffeting effects that’s associated with others.
Manufactured from .150 aircraft grade acrylic and available in clear, light & dark gray tints.
Suggested Sizing is for most average body builds. Riders that are caught in between sizes need to determine torso, posture and neck considerations for best results. It is always better to be on the next shorter size if ordering dark gray (Must see over the top).
