Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics, Inc., is now manufacturing a vented windshield in various heights for your bagger. The vented windshield will let air through the intake grill, to the rider. The vent is adjustable on the fly, to let the air through the vent in low, medium and high volumes. You can also close off the air completely if desired. The vent is a high quality, injected molded two piece design, made of Lexan plastic.
Your new windshield will arrive with the vent installed, ready to mount to your FLHT. The bottom of the vent sits approximately 2” above the fairing, and the top is about 4.5” above the fairing. The actual vent size is approximately 2.5” high by 9” wide.
We cannot retrofit the vent into an existing windshield. The vent, grill, windshield routing and installation are done inhouse, and the windshield is thicker than the standard OEM shield. The vent can be added to any 12”, or 15” windshield.
