Number the holes 1-5 from left to right with the center hole being number three. The distance measured on center of the bolt heads between holes 1 & 2 or 4 & 5 will be either 2”or 3 ¾” must specify when ordering. The standard is a 2” spread and the King size is a 3 ¾” spread.
