GL 1500 Testimonials |
My wife ordered a windshield for my Goldwing 1500se recently. I just returned from a 900 mile trip and I must say, it is the best shield I have ever had and I have been riding for 35 years. Thank you,

| I did a
lot of shopping around for a new windshield for my Honda Goldwing
GL1500SE. I took into consideration quality and price. Well
I couldnt quite find both all in one place. Then I found
Cee Baileys, you know the company that makes aircraft
windshields. Sounds good to me. If a pilot trusts Cee Baileys
above 10,000 feet, than I can trust Cee Baileys below
10,000 feet. I bought my 1992 Goldwing brand new. Of course
it came with a brand new windshield. The OEM windshield seemed
pretty clear, although as time rolled by the hazy spider web
like impurities became more prominent quite early on. At sundown
and other low light situations it was really quite impossible
to see through the lower half of the windshield. I thought that
was just the way things were and learned to live with it. Also
the stock windshield would kind of lean back and down going
against the wind if you were going highway speeds. That was
because the OEM windshield was kind of thin. Well, behold it
doesnt have to be that way, not anymore. Thanks to Cee
Bailey who makes a windshield for Goldwings, old and new. The
first thing you notice (and every other Goldwing rider who has
seen my bike) is that the Cee Bailey windshield is really thick.
The next thing everyone noticed is that the Cee Bailey windshield
is crystal clear. The first thing other Goldwing riders
asked me was How is it at sun down? I let some of
my fellow Goldwing friends try my bike at sun down. They answer
just like my first impression Simply Amazing! You
can get a closable vent or the open NACA vent like mine. Only
a slight breeze comes through the vent. I ride in the Northwest
weather and no rain comes in, ever. Word is spreading fast.
You better place your order quick. The best damn windshield
below 10,000 feet there ever was!
