I want to inform you of my status with your product.  I received the order on Saturday but was out of town.  I installed it tonight but did not have a chance to test ride.

They current setup on by bike was a true test for your product.  I have a 2006 1800 c which is a Spec 3 model.  The Spec 3 model has chrome fork covers along with other extra chrome.  I also have Rivco 6” chrome risers which raise the bars up and back.  The triple trees have Kuryakyn chrome covers installed.  If you look at the Kuryakyn covers they stick out in the front of the top riser.  Finally, the chrome fork covers have 4 bolt under the top triple tree to hold them on.

Even with these unforeseen additions you product fit perfectly.  The Kury covers just touch the shield mounting cross bar.  I was also able to install all 4 bolts into the fork covers and your mounting bracket.

The only issue I may possible have is the throttle cable is tight when the bars are turned to the right hand steering lock.  This is due to the Ricvo risers shortening the length of the stock cables and I have to route the cables in front of the shield mounting cross member shortening them even more.  This may not even be an issue, but I will verify on test run.

The quality is second to none and if it performs on the test run, I couldn’t be happier.

I have this same input on the vtxcafe forum and will have on the ohioxriders forum when I have a chance to test ride.
