Our Ultra and Euro Tour shields feature a subtle reverse curve that pushes the air up and over the rider. The lower portion was designed with a larger scoop inlet that reduces the back pressure from behind. The result is a nice pocket of clean air that reduces or eliminates the turbulent buffeting effects associated with other shields. These shields are the Cee Bailey’s original design which has often been copied but never duplicated!
The original equipment screen on the 2010 model is nothing but the optional touring screen that was available for the earlier 2008 & 2009 models part # K46001-340. Our Euro design measures about 2.5 inches taller and is slightly wider towards the top. The Ultra Tour measures about 4.5 inches taller & about one inch wider towards the top. We also offer the Mini Dome and Mini Euro sport shields that look great, there a perfect choice when a little extra air is a welcome relief for hot climates. Please be advised that the Mini Dome and Mini Euro follow the same angle as the original and do not incorporate a reverse curve.
Manufactured from .250 aircraft grade acrylic and available in clear, green, light
& dark gray tints.
Suggested Sizing is for most average body builds on stock seats. Riders caught in between
sizes need to determine torso, posture, and neck considerations for best results. It is always better to be on the next shorter size if
ordering dark gray as you must be able to clearly see over the shield.
