Cee Bailey's replacement KZ1000 windshield is a direct, bolt on replacement for  the OEM Kawasaki windshield. It measures 22 high by 17 wide at the top apex to apex. This shield is D.O.T. appproved, and is manufactured from aircraft grade acrylic, in .187 thickness. These windshields are custom manufactured and thermoformed in our Montebello, California location. They are pre-drilled and hand polished for excellent optics. All edges and hole locations are dressed and polished to a clear luster. Aircraft grade acrylic is much harder than the Lexan, and swirl marks and light surface scratches can be polished out of the shield. The shield is also available in light gray tint as well as the standard clear shield. |
