| Send us the dimensions and will build it, for best results mail us a pattern. These guards protect your headlight from costly damage. They're designed to take the impact of every day road hazards that often crack or break a lens with out warning. With the cost of a new head light being hundreds of dollars and more we've always considered it pretty inexpensive insurance. All guards are secured by 3M Dual Lock's that separate the headlight from the guard allowing for easy removal when cleaning is needed. |

Determining the width of the lens surface. Measure from three to nine o’clock in a straight line. This measurement must be from the inside edges of any chrome or plastic trims. Please make sure to specify width in the comments section when checking out. |
| Surface Contours Options-Round Designs Only |
Three surface contours to choose from. Small gaps at the edges up to 1/8 of an inch are normal and do not affect the guard’s performance (diameters may vary slightly).
1. First is the mini-dome which is about a 1/4” high in the center and similar to a shallow plate.
2. Next is the full dome which is about 3/4” high in the center and resembles a saucer or shallow bowl.
3. Last is the flat guard with no contour at all. |

Send us the dimensions and we’ll build it, for best results mail us a pattern. Please be advised that these guards are only available in a flat surface.The 3M mounting Dual Locks will raise the center portion of the guard about a ¼” away from the lens. Flat guards will work with headlights that have a slightly raised center up to about a ¼ of an inch. The Dual locks are flexible and can be installed in or outward as needed. |
