POLICY & WARRANTY
 
  • Non-Returnable

    • Please be advised that tints made out of green, opaque black, dark gray and custom orders are non-returnable items.

  • Returns
    • Any item purchased from Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics Inc. may be returned for credit if received within 30 days from original shipment date and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Do not attempt to clean returned items and return shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense.
  • Handling

    • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You must contact sales at 800-788-0618 prior to shipping any return or exchanges.

    Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics is not liable for damages on returned merchandise caused by customers or shipping companies. All items must be insured and no credit is allowed for items damaged or broken in transit. Scratches or other damage that can be felt with your fingernail are not repairable and deemed scrap value. A credit of 50 % will be issued for scrap valued items or shipped back at the customer’s discretion.

    After 60 days from invoice all sales are final.
  • Warranty

    • All windshields and accessories are warranted against workmanship and material defects for one year. There is no allowance for labor cost incurred during installation and the removal or   re-installation on any parts. All other considerations are at sole discretion of Cee Bailey’s Plastics Inc. and must contact sales at 800-788-0618.
