- Warranty
Windshields and accessories are covered against workmanship & material defects for one year from the date of purchase. We simply repair it or replace it under our no hassle no fault guarantee. There are no allowances for labor costs incurred during the installation or re-installation of parts. All other considerations are at sole discretion of Cee Bailey’s Plastics Inc. and must contact sales at 800-788-0618.
- Handling
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number; contact sales at 800-788-0618 prior to shipping any returns or exchanges. Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics is not liable for damages on returned merchandise caused by customers or shipping companies. All items should be insured and credit is not allowed for items damaged in transit. Scratch damage that can be felt with a fingernail is usually not repairable and deemed scrap value. A credit of 50 % will be issued for scrap valued items or shipped back at the customer’s discretion.
- Non-Returnable
Please be advised that tints made out of green, opaque black, dark gray & custom orders including seats are non-refundable items. These items are backed by a satisfaction guarantee.
- Returns or Exchanges
Items purchased from Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics Inc. may be returned for credit if received within 30 days from the original invoice date. All shipping charges will be at the buyer’s expense and customers seeking a “credit only” will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges for other products & services are not assessed restocking fees.
