  • Non-Returnable
  • No Refunds or Exchanges on All Opaque Black, Ice Blue, Light Green, Dark Gray & Bronze Tinted Windshields

  • Returns
  • Any item* purchased from CBAP, Inc. may be returned for a refund within for 30 days from original shipment date with no restock fee, less shipping and handling charges, if the item is new, and has not been mounted. Please refer to specific product notes for more information. Items must be returned in new, resellable condition in original box/packaging material. A service charge(15%-45%) will be assessed for windshields that have been mounted or are in need of processing for any scratches or markings that need to be polished out and removed. Generally, scratches that can be felt with your fingernail are too deep to be removed, and the windshield must be scrapped. Items returned after 31 days will be refunded less a 20% restocking charge, to the same conditions listed above.  All returned items are subject to inspection, and must be as new, unmodified and undamaged. Returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured, and have a “Cee Baileys Aircraft Plastics” Return Authorization Number (RMA) written on the outside of the shipping container, next to the shipping label. Please call sales for RMA number and authorization. After 60 days all sales are final and no refunds will be given. NOTE: This Return Policy ONLY Applies to Clear and Light Gray Tinted Windshields, No Exceptions.

    * All custom made and non-standard windows are payable in advance and cannot be returned.

  • Warranty
  • Our windshields and products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited only to the replacement of the defective parts(s). There is no allowance for labor cost incurred during installation and removal of a defective part. Our warranty does not cover cracking, crazing, scratches or breakage. Any item shipped to us without proper authorization will be refused. Please call sales for RMA number and authorization.

  • Blemished items
  • CBAP, Inc., will occasionally have blemished, customer returns, or Demo items available for purchase at reduced prices. These items have no warranty and are sold “as is”. Please ask your sales associate for availability for your model.
