Finally a shield that’s tall enough to be effective, these shields pick up where others left off. First we followed the original angle at the bottom and then brought the trailing edge closer to the rider. Next we incorporated a subtle reverse curve that makes a shorter shield stand taller while pushing the air over the rider. The result is a shield that reduces or eliminates the turbulent ram air blast and buffeting effects that’s associated with others. All shield heights are measured from bottom to top center & all widths measure about seventeen inches wide just below the top (sport shields measure thirteen inches wide). All shield height suggestions below are designed to be mounted at the lowest position. For optimum performance & best aesthetics we recommend these shields be mounted at their lowest positions. Please be advised all shields offered can only be mounted at either their highest or lowest position with no in-between settings. It may also be necessary to adjust the mirrors or mirror stalks if contact occurs if mounted in a high position.
