Policies and Warranty


Windshields and accessories are covered against workmanship and material defects for one year from the original date of purchase. We simply repair it or replace it under our no fault no hassle warranty. There are no allowances for labor costs incurred during the installation or re-installation of parts. All other considerations are at sole discretion of Cee Bailey’s Plastics Inc. and must contact sales at 800-788-0618.


All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact sales at 800-788-0618 prior to shipping any returns or exchanges. Cee Bailey’s Aircraft Plastics is not liable for damages on returned merchandise caused by customers or shipping companies.


Please be advised that green, opaque black, dark gray, and custom sized windshields/windows are all non-returnable items. Seats are also non-returnable.


- Items (except those named above) may be returned for credit if received within 30 calendar days from the original invoice date, and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
- After 30 days all sales are final.
- Return shipping to Cee Bailey's will be at the buyer's expense.
- Excessive scratches or scratch damage that can be felt with a fingernail will be deemed scrap value. NOTE: A maximum credit of up to 50% may be issued for scrap value items, or shipped back to the customer, at no charge, at the customer's discretion.
- Exchanges for other products and services of equal or greater value are not assessed restocking fees.


We kindly ask that you give us a call at (800) 788-0618 to resolve any shield/order issues you may have before lodging a "dispute" or opening a case through Paypal. This causes many headaches on both sides, and is usually very unnecessary. We will work with you to make things right.
